My basic policy is that all sales are final. 

I handcraft jewelry using vintage items. They are used and have been loved through generations. They have some nicks and blemishes that hold bits and pieces of history and memories. 

I always try to include accurate pictures and descriptions of my hand made products.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 2 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
