THERE ARE 10 SPACES FOR LETTERS OR SPACES. 

EXAMPLES:

I-LOVE-YOU is 10 spaces, this will work

I-heart-you is 7 spaces, this does work:)

TOM-heart-TINA is 10 spaces, this will not work

I think two 4 letter names could fit also. They could be separated by a heart, star, dot, or *

A pet name or persons name or word up to 9 letters long with a heart, star or paw print will work OR a pet or person name or word 10  letters long with no decoration will work.
